With over 80 years of combined facility management experience, we take a hands-on approach to analyze your operation and then design, consult, and implement viable solutions. What We Do
Go Greener LLC stands alone in the Greater Lansing area as the only full Facilities Management Company that provides the expansive services that we do. With time management as a focus for most businesses, Go Greener LLC offers a unique approach for companies to save time by reducing the need for multiple vendors. As the world becomes busier, Go Greener LLC’s services become more valuable to business owners as a way to reduce costs associated with planning, employee hours and maintaining their facility through the multitude of services provided. Go Greener LLC’s main focus is on the customer, it is our customer’s voice that creates who we are as a company. We individually consider each opportunity and how it will relate to the growth and development of Go Greener, allowing us to stand out from any other facility management company.
Company History
In 2011, Go Greener was the brain-child of Mike Demmer and Russell Chambers. As avid Spartan fans, it only made sense that their mowing/snow removal company be appropriately named Go Greener. Mike and Russell’s long-term vision for the company was providing “full-service” facilities management. Thus, in 2013 the Custodial Services and Distribution department was formed. In just two short years, Go Greener grew from 2 contract employees to a staff of 15. With their long-term vision in mind, fast forward to 2014 and the birth of the Construction Division, and a staff of 45.
Go Greener was now positioned to maintain any facility from the outside in. Russell and Mike’s vision quickly became a reality. With this growth it was imperative a company structure existed; enter the formation of an HR Department, company handbook, policies and procedures, complete job descriptions, quarterly strategic planning meetings, and most importantly, a focus on 100% customer satisfaction. Ensuring their customer’s needs are always being met has resulted in a 95% customer retention rate. Mike & Russell are very proud of the Go Greener team!
Our Vision
Go Greener believes in giving back to the communities they serve. They have supported local sports teams and events, adopted a family through Volunteers of America, donated time and money through the Lansing Jaycee’s, contributed to Montessori Children’s House, just to name a few.
Go Greener LLC’s vision is to continue steady growth with an emphasis on providing simply the best service while creating new jobs in the Michigan Market.
